Swimsuit Rocks

Since we are at the beach and can't get into our swimsuits I made something for my little one while she was sleeping. I just used Fimo molding clay and then baked them for the directed amount in the oven on top of the rocks. I Had a fun time coming up with different suit styles.

My Little girl has been really into playing dress up lately with her Lola's (Grand Mother) hats. We are always throwing the diaper boxes in recycling and I thought we could try to make a mask out of one.  I used Elemer's glue for the yarn using a liberal amount when placing each strand. Bobble Bear Hat

My first attempt at crochet bear hats that I have been seeing around Pinterest. The bobble stitch gave the hat a bulky look. Hopefully my second attempt I will be able to make it a bit smaller. Now, if I could only get my daughter to wear a hat longer than 5 minutes.

Basket Weave Pocket Scarf

I have been trying to incorporate pockets into the scarves I'm making. I went on a scarf making frenzy for Christmas presents and now I wanted to try something different.
